Directions:

• Prepare a glass of cold drinking water
• Rinse off in the shower, cleansing your skin from any dirt, oils or makeup
• Fill the tub with water that is very warm, but not hot
• Add between 2 - 4 oz bath salts to water for desired effect
• Bathe 15-30 mins for best results 
• Rinse off in shower and towel dry
